[ETSkywarnings] Severe Weather Statement

...a severe thunderstorm warning remains in effect until 1100 pm edt
for claiborne...union and anderson counties...

at 1024 pm edt...national weather service doppler radar continued to
indicate a line of severe thunderstorms capable of producing penny
size hail...and destructive winds in excess of 70 mph.  these storms
were located along a line extending from howard quarter to
maynardville to 6 miles southeast of luttrell...or along a line
extending from 12 miles north of rutledge to maynardville to 10 miles
southeast of maynardville...moving southeast at 35 mph.

severe thunderstorms will be near...
rosedale by 1100 pm edt...

this is a dangerous storm. if you are in its path...prepare
immediately for damaging winds...destructive hail...and deadly cloud
to ground lightning. people outside should move to a shelter...
preferably inside a strong building but away from windows.
