appalachian region on saturday...with breezy northwest winds also
expected. during the afternoon and evening hours...the combination
of low relative humidities in the 20s and breezy winds between 15
and 20 mph...could result in high fire danger and rapid fire
growth and spread. red flag warnings may need to be issued on
saturday for portions of the area.

weather watch...which is in effect from saturday afternoon
through saturday evening.
