hurricane flossie tropical cyclone position estimate 
nws central pacific hurricane center honolulu hi 
2105 utc tue aug 14 2007 
 
at 1101 am hst doppler weather radar indicated the center of 
hurricane flossie was near latitude 17.2 north...longitude 154.8 
west or about 135 miles southeast of south point on the big island.
