nws central pacific hurricane center honolulu hi 
2205 utc tue aug 14 2007 
 
at 1201 pm hst doppler weather radar indicated the center of 
hurricane flossie was near latitude 17.2 north...longitude 154.9 
west or about 127 miles south southeast of south point on the big 
island.
