hurricane flossie tropical cyclone position estimate 
nws central pacific hurricane center honolulu hi 
0710 utc wed aug 15 2007 
 
doppler weather radar no longer depicts a discernable center 
location for hurricane flossie. center has become oscured and 
difficult to identify as system weakens. thus radar fixes will no 
longer be issued unless center can be more accurately identified.
