the national weather service in morristown has cancelled the wind 
advisory. 
 
winds across the east tennessee mountains has decreased below 
advisory level. therefore...the wind advisory has been cancelled. 
however...locally windy conditions will continue over the area 
throughout the evening hours with winds of 15 to 25 mph and 
occasional wind gusts to 35 mph.
