temperatures will allow for black ice to form on a few roads. use 
caution when driving this morning. visibilities will improve by

the national weather service in morristown has issued a dense fog 
advisory...which is in effect until 10 am est this morning. 
 
visibilities will be reduced to near zero in a few areas this 
morning.  in addition...the dense fog combined with freezing 
temperature will allow for black ice to form on a few roads. use 
caution if driving this morning. 
 
a dense fog advisory means dense fog will frequently reduce 
visibility to one quarter mile or less. if driving...slow down... 
use your headlights...and leave plenty of distance between you 
and the vehicle ahead of you.
