for areas of dense fog to form. visibilities will be reduced to 
near zero in a few areas. in addition...the dense fog combined 
with freezing temperatures will allow for black ice to form on a 
few roads. use caution when driving this morning.

the national weather service in morristown has cancelled the 
dense fog advisory. 
 
visibilities have improved over much of the central tennessee 
valley...though some locations in valleys and near lakes or rivers 
may continue to see some fog until early afternoon.
