...line of showers with possible thunder were moving into
bledsoe...marion...and sequatchie counties...and will move into rhea
county...

at 110 pm cst...national weather service doppler radar was tracking
showers along a line extending from 10 miles north of pikeville to
12 miles south of cowan....moving east at 25 mph.

this line of showers will be near...
pikeville by 125 pm cst.
dunlap by 135 pm cst.
whitwell by 145 pm cst.
jasper by 150 pm cst.

winds of 30 to 40 mph are possible ahead of and with the line.

rainfall of one half inch per hour...or more may occur with the
showers. motorists should be alert for possible ponding of water on
roadways.
