...very cold conditions tonight into early monday...

a surge of very cold air will continue to push into the region
tonight...with temperatures reaching the teens across much of the
area...and single digits in some of the higher elevations. winds
will gradually diminish overnight...especially in valley locations.
however...winds will still combine with the low temperatures to
produce wind chill values of 5 to 15 at times in many valley and
plateau locations late tonight into early monday morning...with
values dipping to 5 below zero to 5 above zero at times in the
mountains. locally lower values will be possible at times over the
highest elevations.
