severe thunderstorm capable of producing damaging winds in excess 
of 60 mph.  this storm was located near tazewell...or about 9 miles 
southeast of middlesboro...and moving southeast at 15 mph. 
 
* the severe thunderstorm will be near... 
tazewell by 140 pm edt...
