...a strong thunderstorm was affecting campbell...claiborne and scott
counties...

at 915 pm edt...national weather service doppler radar was tracking a
strong thunderstorm 5 miles northwest of oneida....moving east at 45
mph.

this storm will be near...
jellico by 945 pm edt.
harrogate by 1015 pm edt.

winds 30 to 40 mph are expected with this storm. these winds may
blow down tree limbs or weak trees...and overturn unsecured outdoor
objects.
