...patchy frost possible toward daybreak saturday...
high pressure will begin to build into the region overnight...
as an area of low pressure slips east away from the central
appalachians.
skies should be clearing overnight and breezy northerly winds
diminishing...which will allow temperatures to fall into the mid
30s to lower 40s across the area by saturday morning.
patchy areas of frost may develop by daybreak...mainly in protected
valleys of the higher elevations...where the coolest air and lighter
winds are expected. persons in these areas should be alert for this
possible patchy frost...and take any necessary precautions for
outdoor plants and vegetation.
a warming trend will occur from sunday into next week...with
overnight lows returning to more seasonal values in the upper 40s
to mid 50s.
