behind the passage of a strong cold front. winds during the day 
thursday and into thursday evening will be sustained between 
25 and 35 mph...with wind gusts as high as 50 mph in the higher 
elevations. 
 
winds this strong can make driving difficult...especially for 
high profile vehicles... so use caution when driving. weak trees 
or tree limbs and unsecured outdoor objects may be blown over.
