northwest winds are expected to reach between 25 and 35 mph with 
gusts to 45 mph in the higher elevations today and this evening. 
northwest winds at 15 to 25 mph with higher gusts are expected in 
the valley.

or tree limbs and unsecured outdoor objects may be blown over.
