advisory. 
 
winds have decrease across the advised area. therefore...the wind 
advisory has been canceled. however...locally windy conditions 
will continue across the area with some locations seeing sustained 
winds of 15 to 25 mph and wind gusts to 35 mph.

In Tennessee: Blount, Cocke, Greene, Sevier.
