the wind advisory will expire at 9 pm edt this evening. 
 
a front has passed through the smoky mountains...and winds have 
shifted to the west and southwest...and decreased to 15 to 25 mph 
with gusts to around 30 mph. winds should continue to decrease over 
the next few hours...and the wind advisory that was in effect will 
be allowed to expire. 



Affected Counties:
In Tennessee: Blount, Cocke, Greene, Sevier.
